Are you writing reviewer and client friendly reports?  Are you tired of getting those dreaded phone calls and emails from the reviewer after you have submitted your report?  If so, this is the seminar for you!  This seminar will teach you what you need to be including in your reports and what you can eliminate.The Alabama Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is thrilled to have one of our own teaching the seminar that he wrote!

Mandell Tillman, MAI, AI-GRS has been active in various facets of the real estate profession for over 40 years and is a wealth of information.  He has served as a builder, a developer, a broker, an appraiser and a reviewer.  Mandell is a past top-rated instructor for the Appraisal Institute who is known for his energetic teaching style and vast number of real world examples.  This class is designed to generate discussions amongst the participants and will help all of those in attendance write better appraisal reports.  Mark Haller, MAI, SRA, and Roger Ball, MAI, AI-GRS will be assisting Mandell with his presentation.
